Dr Johanna WOERLE
Johanna Woerle is a Research Engineer at the Future Resilient Systems II programme at SEC. She has received her PhD in Psychology from Ulm University in 2023 in collaboration with Wuerzburg Institute for Traffic Sciences. Her early career focused on investigating the effects of driver state variables on performance in automated driving scenarios, resulting in numerous publications.
Recently, she has redirected her expertise towards crisis management, specifically exploring the impact of stress on decision-making processes in virtual reality training environments. This transition showcases her commitment to understanding the broader spectrum of human behavior in challenging contexts.
